What if I am not ready as yet?
In order to make real progress towards your goals, we encourage you to sign up when you feel mentally, physically, and emotionally ready to implement structure, habits, and behavioral changes around your diet and lifestyle.
Can I sign up if I am post-partum?
It is advised to wait for a minimum of six weeks before starting any exercise after childbirth. However, this timeline may vary based on your unique physiology, lifestyle, and goals.
