Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to your account where you can download a PDF guide. Inside the PDF, you’ll find a secure link to the workshop recording, along with step-by-step instructions to help you get started smoothly.

2. Is this workshop right for me?

Absolutely! Whether you’re completely new to nutrition or have been on every diet under the sun, this workshop will teach you how to build a healthy relationship with food. Important to know: This isn’t a diet plan or a set of strict meal rules. Instead, you’ll learn to break free from diet culture, enjoy your favorite foods, and still reach your health and fitness goals. Think of it as a mindset reset, for your relationship with food, your body, and yourself (khudi).

3. Can I share the recording with someone else?

I’d really appreciate it if you don’t share it. The workshop is priced very reasonably considering the time, effort, and research I’ve put into creating it.
