Important to know: This isn’t a diet plan or a set of strict meal rules. Instead, you’ll learn to break free from diet culture, enjoy your favorite foods, and still reach your health and fitness goals. Think of it as a mindset reset, for your relationship with food, your body, and yourself (khudi).
